Kablon Farms is located in the Philippines. This plantation harvests cocoa beans that grow alongside tropical fruits, coconut palms and black pepper plants. This provides the specific terroir. The cocoa from Kablon Farm is fermented in wooden boxes for four days and then dried in the sun for 5 to 7 days. The cocoa has a low acidity, a mild bitterness and hints of tropical fruits, black currants and flowers. Kablon Farm has been harvesting this refined cocoa since 1950, from which Krak Chocolade lovingly produces beautiful chocolate.
