The dark chocolate used by Georgia Ramon is a blend of cocoa from the Dominican Republic and Ecuador. Produced from the cocoa bean to the finished chocolate bar, they refined it with Halen Môn sea salt, which is extracted from the Atlantic around the Isle of Anglesey in Wales.
