Garçoa is a small, puristic bean to bar chocolate manufacturer in Zurich Switzerland. In Switzerland, beans are roasted, broken and ground in small batches. The finished chocolate is poured by hand and also packaged manually. Everything is processed with minimum touch to help the cocoa to develop its flavor. Also, only two ingredients are used - cocoa beans and sugar. No cocoa butter. No additives.
