Friis Holm uses single-origin cocoa from Nicaragua for most of his chocolate bars. For this, all harvested cocoa pods have to be neatly sorted, which is very time-consuming.
This step is omitted with "The Lazy Cocoa Growers Blend". It is, taken word-by-word, a mixture of different varieties from 10 different cocoa farmers from the La Dalia region. But this is exactly how an incredibly exciting and colorful mixture is created.
