For this very Scottish chocolate bar, Chocolate Tree took rare cocoa nibs from the Marañon Gorge in Peru and soaked them in a premium single malt from Islay, a Scottish Hebridean island that produces whiskey that is known for its strong peat flavors. When the whiskey has evaporated from the nibs, they are mixed with bean to bar chocolate with cacao from the same region. Scottland at its best.
