Orfève is the first artisanal small chocolate maker from French speaking Switzerland that is 100% bean-to-bar, i.e. they process all of their chocolate from the cocoa bean to the finished chocolate bar themselves. Orfève from Geneva (bienvenue chocolat genevois!) was founded by François-Xavier Mousin and Caroline Buechler in August 2017.
Orfève makes 100% of its chocolate bars origin-specific in order to do justice to the value of the rarest and most valuable cocoa varieties. The result is a unique and authentic Swiss chocolate without additives.
