Founded in 2016, Latitude Craft Chocolate is a vertically integrated social enterprise producing specialty cocoa and craft chocolate in Uganda using locally sourced cocoa.

Their mission is to use absurdly delicious chocolate as a tool to create local jobs and sustainably improve the incomes of cocoa small farmers across Uganda.

Latitude was born out of a deep desire to build a sustainable, traceable supply chain that would bring premium Ugandan cocoa to the craft chocolate market while positively impacting thousands of homes. Using locally sourced ingredients, their goal is to bring the unique flavors and culture of Uganda to the world through chocolate.

They are a B Corporation - this means they meet the highest standards of social and environmental overall performance, transparency and accountability.
