Much of the cocoa is grown in Africa, mostly in the Ivory Coast and Ghana. Unfortunately, sometimes under very bad social conditions and with great damage to the environment.
But among all this there are also functioning projects, also in the two main countries. And much of the fine cocoa comes from Tanzania and Madagascar and, more recently, from Cameroon.
The excellent cocoa is processed into chocolate by the best bean-to-bar manufacturers all over the world and sometimes directly on site. We have a small selection of them.
